It has really helped with bloating!

Since I entered menopause I’ve been having issues with bloating and slow metabolism.
I don’t think I have lost any fat since I stated taking these but I definitely feel lighter and less uncomfortable. Its like the water my body was holding on to especially around my belly is flushing out. I used to look a bit pregnant but not anymore!
