Return and refund policy

At Mulier Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Below are the details of our returns and refunds policy:

Returns Eligibility

You are eligible to return your order within 90 days of your purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please email us at support@wearemulier.com, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
Once accepted, you will be allocated a returns number, which must be included inside your returned package.
Please note: Returns sent without following this procedure will not be processed.

Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Incorrect Goods or Faulty Products

We inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest standards.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact support@wearemulier.com immediately, quoting your order number, details of the product ordered, and the issue.
Please specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed.

Partial Returns of a Bundle

If you are partially returning a bundle, your refund will reflect the price you would have paid for the items you kept outside of the bundle offer.

For example, if you purchase a bundle of two supplements and return one, your refund will be adjusted so that you have effectively paid the full non-bundle price for the item you kept, plus any applicable shipping.

Order Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email support@wearemulier.com immediately, quoting your order reference number.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods following the standard returns procedure above.

Order cancellations must be requested within 60 days starting from the day after you receive your order.

How to Make a Return – Step by Step

Email us at support@wearemulier.com to request a returns form.

Package your items carefully. Include your completed returns form inside the package, and securely attach your return label.

Post your returns at your nearest post office.
Please remember to ask for a posting certificate/receipt and keep it safe. Without this, we cannot refund you if we do not receive your parcel.

Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.
We will email you once we have received your return and your refund has been completed.
